01 Is the setup fee a one-off?

Yes. Setup is billed once, at the start, and covers discovery, training on your business, scenario testing and the switch to live calls. Monthly fees begin on go-live.

02 What happens if we exceed the monthly call-minute allowance?

We tell you before you reach it. Minutes above the allowance are billed at the per-minute rate set out in your order confirmation.

03 Can we move between tiers or cancel?

Yes. Plans run month to month. You can move up or down a tier from the start of a billing month, and cancel by email at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded, unless we fail to deliver the agreed service, in which case you get a full refund of that fee (Terms of Service, section 6).
